For sea freight you can put dimension for Height x Weight x Length in CM divide by 1,000,000 to get estimate cubic meters.

For Air freight you can put dimension for Height x Weight x Length in CM divide by 5,000 to get estimate cubic meters for weight measurement and you have to compare with actual weight ,which is greater so we use for calculating cost

3. How can I order and preparing invoice for your arrange pick up my order?
You Can e – mail your supplier‘s bill to our sales or visiting our office to copy bill for us to preparing pick up and arrange shipment process to you
4. How can I assure that my order is completely when I am not there?
Our team will serve you for quality control before pick up and packing with take photo to make sure that this order is correct
5. How can I pay to supplier and your service?
We will serve customer to pay all Balance to supplier and our service with our report for your financial to make confidential Transfer detail

6. How can I check invoice and packing before you sent original to me?
After loading our operation team will sent E-Mail for draft invoice and packing for your confirmation you have to reply to confirmation or correction, after 3 days from sending date if customer no reply, which it mean this draft invoice is correct to be print out as hard copy for original document
7. How can avoid any hidden cost or extra cost when cargo arrives to destination?
We have issue bill of lading to liner (for FCL) and standard local charge at destination for our agent (for LCL) to avoid any charge from destination
We have concentrated for invoice and packing to avoid any mistake for your import purpose and storage charge at destination port
We’re always confirm schedule to customer to make sure that when cargo arrive to destination port when customer require to avoid any extra charge for storage charge
8. When I can pay your service and get original document at my home?
Mostly our customer will pay for our service after loading and get e – mail for our scan all document, but deadline will be 2 week before cargo arrive to destination port to avoid any delay of original document
After I get your transfer we will sent all original document to you Via DHL for your reference, please checking DHL status by tracking number that we gave to you by e – mail
9. What can you service me for import and export?
We serve for both Export and import shipment as F.O.B
C&F, CIF and DDU (Incoterm) if you do not familiar for this term of service
